Lindsey Gillooly
Family Nurse Practitioner
Master's of Science in Nursing
Lindsey is a family nurse practitioner, master nurse injector, the co-owner of Medical Aesthetics Hingham, Easton and Milton, as well as the founder of Easton Medical Aesthetics. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, a Master’s of Science in Nursing and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Lindsey has an extensive background in Nursing, having worked at major hospitals such as MGH, Mass Eye and Ear, and Beth Israel and has experience working in Medical Aesthetics since 2013. She has been working as an RN since 2009 and as an FNP since 2012. As a devoted mentor, Lindsey has been teaching injectable courses since 2013 and is a preceptor for Nurse Practitioner students at Regis College. Lindsey specializes in all injectable treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Kybella®, Sclerotherapy, PRP/Collagen Induction Therapies, laser treatments, tattoo removal and hair restoration. She recently was recognized as one of the top 15 injectors in the MAA network. Lindsey is an expert in her field, and master injector. She specializes in cosmetic Botox® as well as Botox® for medical conditions such as TMJ (temporomandibular joint dysfunction), and hyperhidrosis which is excessive sweating mainly in the axilla (underarm).
Allison Daly
Family Nurse Practitioner
Master's of Science in Nursing
Allison Daly is a certified nurse practitioner and co-owner of Hingham, Milton and Easton Medical Aesthetics. Allison graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with her BSN in 2003. She went on to pursue her masters of science in nursing at the University of Massachusetts Boston earning her degree in 2009. Allison is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a family nurse practitioner. Her career has focused on women’s health in the arena of sexual health, reproductive health, and providing care to women across the age span. She has been a cosmetic injector since February 2016. Allison is a member of the American Medical Spa Association, and is an aesthetic mentor who provides hands on clinical instruction to medical providers learning the art & craft of cosmetic injecting. Her specialties include cosmetic and medical grade Botox®, dermal fillers, PRP/Collagen Induction Therapy, Sculptra, vaginal rejuvenation, IV vitamin therapy, and sclerotherapy. Allison is also a certified O-Shot® clinician. Allison is an expert in her field, and a master injector.
Emily Brems
Emily Brems comes to Medical Aesthetics MA with an extensive background in healthcare finance and operations. Emily has focused her career in multi-location healthcare companies, including Hospital Systems, Private Practice, Dental Organizations and most recently in the Medical Aesthetic space. She held a CFO role for a 16 location MedSpa group, but has spent the last two years working for the 8th largest public accounting company consulting across the country for practices that need financial and operational advisory services. Emily has been on the faculty speaking at Med Aesthetic conferences such as AmSpa, The Vegas Cosmetic Show, The Aesthetic Show, and Anti-Aging Medical World Conference (AMWC) as well as numerous webcasts.
Keely Hanna
Licensed Aesthetician
Keely comes to Medical Aesthetics MA with several years of experience in the med spa setting. Keely began her journey in aesthetics in 2015, working as a spa manager. During her years in management she learned the inner workings of a med spa prior to deciding to pursue her aesthetic license.
She has been certified in TrueSculpt, Microneedling including Morpheus8, Laser hair removal, IPL, and Hydrafacials. Hands-on training and continuing education is Keely’s top priority. Keely prides herself in being well versed in various research based skin care lines to insure patient satisfaction and her own professional development.
Keely comes to us from Newton, Ma where she has been working for the last 5 years. She prides herself in transparency- never "selling" but rather educating. Her clients would describe her as honest, compassionate, and thorough.
Sara MacRae

Sara graduated from Curry College with a Bachelors in Science degree in Public Health in 2018. In 2020, Sara graduated from Curry College with a Bachelors in Science degree and a Nursing degree. While working with her nursing degree in home care, Sara pursued the medical aesthetics field immediately after graduation. Sara specializes in advanced Botox® and filler administration, skin health treatments, iv/vitamin administration, and PRP/Collagen Induction Therapy.
Courtney Perette

Courtney has been a Registered Nurse since 2006 and a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2009 after completing her degrees in Nursing and a Master’s of Science in Nursing from Regis College. In 2017 she attended the Aesthetics Institute of Massachusetts and added the administration of both Botox & Dermal Fillers, Sclerotherapy, PRP | Collagen Induction Therapies & PRP Hair Restoration to her scope of practice.
She has always had a desire to help others achieve their goals and help them feel more confident. Being a perfectionist, she really takes the time to listen to each individual client to help them achieve the best possible enhancement for that individual. Chelsea Kitsos

Chelsea is incredibly passionate about skin care, and is known for her ability to combine her advanced skills in skin care with her talent for communication. Her attention to detail in consultations will help you get to your ultimate skin goals. Chelsea attended Catherine Hinds Institute, and has been demonstrating her advanced experience in skincare since. She also received her Bachelors in Communications from Stonehill College. Chelsea specializes in our Signature Hydrafacial and believes that with proper treatments and at home care you can reach your best skin.

Tracy's Swain, our licensed medical aesthetician, has a well fortified passion for helping people feel brighter, lighter and beautiful. You can trust her expertise & solutions for all skin and body types.
Following her aesthetic training, Tracy attended the National Laser Institute to employ our industry leading lasers, providing unprecedented laser hair removal, vessel correction and pigment reduction.
In addition to pursuing excellence in micro-needling therapies, facials, customized skin care protocols and peels, Tracy proudly provides minimally invasive body sculpting procedures to enhance body contours, destroying fat and building muscle.
Brandi Baitchman

Brandi received her bachelor’s degree in biopsychology from Simmons College. After working as a gorilla keeper for 12 years, she followed another passion and received a degree in Aesthetics from Elizabeth Grady with additional certifications in dermaplaning and microneedling. Brandi specializes in laser skin rejuvenation and tattoo removal. Brandi believes that excellent spa care in combination with in-home care and client education will lead to radiant skin. Brandi has taught at the National Laser Institute.

Erica has over 18 years of experience in the beauty industry. She holds a license in cosmetology. Her passion for client interaction led her to her current role as a manager in the medical aesthetics industry. As a results-oriented manager, Erica ensures that our spa guests have an exceptional and memorable experience at Medical Aesthetics MA.
Shai Dixon

Shai is a devoted nursing student at the University of Massachusetts, Boston. Her passion for beauty and healthcare has taken her to Medical Aesthetics, MA, where she works as a receptionist/content creator, eager to support her education and learn from experienced injectors. Shai’s dream is to advance her career by obtaining an MSN, aspiring to become a nurse practitioner. She envisions specializing in labor and delivery or NICU, all while maintaining affinity for aesthetics. Beyond her academic and professional pursuits, Shai is an ardent explorer with a deep yearning to travel the world, a testament to her multifaceted interests and ambitions.
Richelle Nunes

Richelle obtained her bachelor's of Science in Nutrition from Arizona State University. She holds various certifications as a Holistic Health Coach, Personal Trainer, Hormone Health Specialist, and Medical Assistant. Richelle brings her passion for functional medicine to the clinical setting by offering root-cause healthcare. She helps clients reach their health and wellness goals through various methods including blood testing, nutrition therapy, supplementation, and GLP-1 medications.
Emily Ryan

Emily comes to us from the Trauma Surgical Unit at BIDMC Boston where she spent the first five years of her nursing career. A graduate from the accelerated nursing program at Curry College, Emily has always had an artistic eye, creative mind and caring spirit. Her passion for art and science came together when she found Aesthetic Nursing. Her attention to detail and persona has quickly gained her a following. Emily is certified in Botox and dermal fillers through the Aesthetic Mentor. She specializes in advanced Botox treatments to address wrinkles, as well as migraines, TMJ, hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) and trapezius muscle tension. She comes highly recommended for filler treatments, which is one of the treatments she enjoys doing the most. Emily excels in collagen induction therapies, including morpheus8 and PRP (platelet rich plasma) injections. However, what she enjoys most is helping you to achieve a version of yourself that you are most proud of when you look in the mirror.

With over a decade of dedicated experience, Inga is a seasoned Micropigmentation Artist and a licensed Body Art Practitioner. Inga’s personal journey into permanent makeup sparked a deep love for enhancing beauty, which led her to become a Micropigmentation and Paramedical Tattooing Artist.
Inga has had the privilege of traveling across Europe, attending prestigious Permanent Makeup and Paramedical Tattooing seminars, and training under some of the industry's most renowned PMU artists. This exposure has not only honed Inga’s technical skills but also nurtured her unique artistic style, setting her apart in the field.
Inga’s approach to micropigmentation is centered on achieving a harmonious, natural look that empowers clients with newfound confidence and leaves them beaming with satisfaction. With an extensive portfolio spanning Europe and the United States, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every client served. Kaylee Walsh

Kaylee is an honors biochemistry student at Curry College, with minors in mathematics and psychology. Her current goal is to complete her Bachelor of Science, pursue a second B.S. in nursing to then get her MSN, to become a Nurse Practitioner. Kaylee is a state board-certified nurse assistant and works as a reception/patient care attendant at Medical Aesthetics, MA, where her love for aesthetics began. She aims to specialize in labor & delivery and aesthetics & injectables for her future.
Meghan Brundage

Meghan Brundage is a Registered Nurse who specializes in non-surgical facial rejuvenation. She earned her Bachelor's degree at the University of MA in Amherst and received her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing degree through the University of Massachusetts in Boston. Meghan went on to expand her practice with certifications in Medical Aesthetics focused on the specific placement of neurotoxins and dermal fillers to highlight every patient’s unique features.
Meghan is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best through individualized treatments and technologies and her focus lies in helping every patient achieve the beautiful, balanced look they deserve.
In her spare time, Meghan is an avid yoga and meditation practitioner, and she teaches indoor cycling classes at Cycle Town. Meghan lives in Higham with her husband, her three young children and her french bulldog, Barlow.

With over a decade of nursing experience and four years as an aesthetic injector, Heidi is passionate about helping her patients look and feel their best. She has trained with the Audrey Rose Institute and numerous master injectors, specializing in cosmetic and medical Botox, dermal fillers, Sculptra, PRP therapies for under-eye rejuvenation and hair restoration, laser treatments, Morpheus8, and IV and vitamin therapies. Her approach focuses on natural, long-term results that enhance each patient’s unique beauty—inside and out.
Beyond aesthetics, Heidi is dedicated to women’s health. She recently completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and is in her final semester at Regis College to become a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP). With a background in Labor & Delivery, Med-Surg, and Orthopedics, she is now focused on specializing in hormonal health, particularly in perimenopause and menopause care.
When she’s not working or studying, you’ll find Heidi keeping up with her three active boys and two golden retrievers!
